Classes

Power Vinyasa Flow:

An athletic practice to strengthen, increase balance, and flexibility.  Pace can be slow or fast.  Room temperature 90 degrees.

Restorative:

A class to restore the body and mind.  Props are used to support the body in various poses.  Emphasis on relaxation and breath.

Yoga For Life:

This is a mixed practice.  Half of the class time will work seated in a chair, and the other half will be standing using the chair, as needed for stability.  There is a focus on
breath, increasing range of motion, stability, and balance.  This practice is suitable for all ages.

Yin:

Series of poses that focus on the hips and or the spine.  all poses on the floor (no standing poses).  Long holds, with an emphasis on breath.  Room temperature 90 degrees.

Community:

An athletic practice to strengthen, increase balance and flexibility.  Basic sequence of poses taught.  Room temperature 90 degrees.  Great for students who are new to yoga.  $5 cash only.

 Power One:

An athletic practice to strengthen, increase balance and flexibility with many modifications for all bodies!  Basic sequencing with modifications offered.  Room temperature lower then 90 degrees.  Great for students who are new to yoga, would like modifications, slower pace or want a different vinyasa experience!

 Bliss:

Relaxation, Unwinding, De-stressing.  Bliss is a class with subtle strength work, stretching, and an emphasis on relaxation.  This is a great class to end the day with, and will encourage a good nights sleep!
